  • I agree to the minimum membership requirement of 3 months
  • I, the member, confirm that I am of legal drinking age, 21 years of age or older.
  • I understand that wines are purchased at the time of billing, so no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • I agree to pickup my wine each month, with a grace period of 60 days. After that time wine may be substituted or forfeited.
  • I understand that Turquoise Wine Bar reserves the right to change or cancel memberships at any time, as well as change the terms and conditions as they relate to the wine club memberships.
  • I understand that all membership change requests must be received using the following Change Request Form. Cancellations are due at least 30 days prior to the next wine club billing.

Wine Availability & Substitutions

Due to the limited-production and seasonal nature of wine, availability may occasionally change after Wine Club selections have been announced or pre-ordered. In the rare event that a featured wine becomes unavailable, Turquoise Wine Bar reserves the right to substitute another wine of comparable quality and value.

Such substitutions will not be considered a failure to fulfill the Wine Club offering and will not result in liability, refund obligations, or other repercussions to Turquoise Wine Bar.
