Wine Club Terms & Conditions:

By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I agree to the minimum membership requirement of 3 months
  • I, the member, confirm that I am of legal drinking age, 21 years of age or older.
  • I understand that wines are purchased at the time of billing, so no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • I agree to pickup my wine each month, with a grace period of 60 days. After that time wine may be substituted or forfeited.
  • I understand that Turquoise Wine Bar reserves the right to change or cancel memberships at any time, as well as change the terms and conditions as they relate to the wine club memberships.
  • I understand that all membership change requests must be received using the following Change Request Form. Cancellations are due at least 30 days prior to the next wine club billing.
