Through strategic planning, brand development, new location acquisition, and partnership cultivation, she blends business acumen with creative vision to ensure Turquoise Wine Bar thrives as a vibrant community hub for wine lovers.

Jennifer Sinconis
Chief Experience Officer
Jen brings her background in design and brand management, her deep personal connection to viticulture, and her WSET and Court of Master Sommeliers certifications to Turquoise, curating and elevating every guest interaction-both in person and online. She ensures that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to winemaker partnerships, sustainable growing practices, exceptional hospitality, thoughtful brand design, employee experience and community connection.
Jen is our creative leader, crafting meaningful experiences that inspire guests to return, join our wine club, and share their love of Turquoise with others.

Dan Hernandez
Chief Operating Officer
Dan, with decades of C-level leadership overseeing high-profile commercial lines insurance organizations, develops and oversees the operational systems and processes that ensure Turquoise Wine Bar runs efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality. His WSET and Court of Master Sommeliers certifications guide the implementation of best practices that support our mission of combining wine, food, and hospitality into an exceptional customer experience.
Dan is our operational leader, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the business while maintaining profitability and a guest experience that’s second to none.
