Oly and Jesse Salgado are the husband-and-wife team who brought Turquoise Wine Bar to Downtown Phoenix, becoming the first Turquoise franchise owners to open their doors in 2025 in the heart of Roosevelt Row.

Joining Oly and Jesse are partners Vito Severino and Rex Smith. Together, the four bring a diverse mix of experience, personality, and a shared commitment to creating a place where people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Their vision for Turquoise Roosevelt Row is a warm, lively, and approachable neighborhood wine bar where great wine, food, and friends come together—and where both longtime locals and visitors to Downtown Phoenix can feel right at home.
