Tara and Neil Cruz are longtime Cypress residents who have built their lives, careers and family in the community they are now proud to serve through Turquoise Wine Bar Cypress.

Tara comes from a background as a Preschool Director where she spent the last 28 years leading early childhood programs focused on care, connections, and creating a nurturing environment for families. Her experience is centered on people, building relationships, supporting staff, and fostering spaces where everyone feels comfortable , valued, and included.

Neil brings a strong background in commercial banking, where he developed a deep experience in finance, relationship management, and supporting local businesses in achieving their goals. His career is centered around helping people build and grow with confidence, a mindset he now brings into creating a welcoming, well run neighborhood wine bar rooted in hospitality and trust.

Together they share a love for wine, community, and meaningful connection. Turquoise Wine Bar Cypress was created around that idea; a warm, inviting space where wine is the centerpiece, but relationships are the heart. Tara and Neil are proud to build something locally owned and operated, rooted in Cypress, and focused on bringing people together whether it's neighbors, catching up, friends celebrating, or new connections being shared over a bottle.
